ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
This contract is made in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the "Regulation on Distance Contracts" published in the Official Gazette No. 29188 on 27.11.2014, and other applicable legislation. It governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) described below, which the SELLER sells to the BUYER.

ARTICLE 3 – INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRODUCTS
3.1. The basic characteristics of the product(s) (type, quantity, features, unit price, total price, etc.) are available on the SELLER's website, www.nevalefirin.com. These are also listed on the relevant product page, the order summary page, and below.
3.2. The prices listed on the website are the sale prices. These prices are valid until updated or changed. Prices listed for a limited period are valid until the specified period expires.
3.3. The total sales price of the product or service, including all taxes, is shown below.

SELLER: For orders, the invoice is delivered in the form of a receipt. If the BUYER requests an invoice, it will be sent according to the method of shipment and the regulations applicable to the person or entity receiving the invoice.

ARTICLE 6 – SPECIAL PROVISIONS
6.1. The BUYER is obliged to pay the service fee/delivery charges for the product(s). The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product(s) in a sound and complete condition, in accordance with the order details, and with any user manuals. The SELLER reserves the right to change the service fee/delivery fee.
6.2. The BUYER, the third party to whom the product will be delivered, and the invoice information specified in Article 5 may belong to the same or different individuals. If they belong to different individuals, the BUYER is responsible for all the provided and confirmed information.
6.3. If the product purchased by the BUYER is to be delivered to a third party, the BUYER confirms that the information regarding the third party is correct. If delivery cannot be made to the third party due to incorrect information, the SELLER is not responsible, and all responsibility lies with the BUYER.

ARTICLE 7 – GENERAL PROVISIONS
7.1. The BUYER is obliged to pay the service and delivery fees for the product(s). The SELLER reserves the right to change the delivery fees.
7.2. The products purchased through this contract are only for retail sale and end-user consumption. Even if a wholesale or reselling agreement has been made, the SELLER reserves the right to cancel the order/contract and refuse delivery. The maximum quantity for wholesale orders is limited to the quantity indicated on the relevant product page.
7.3. The SELLER will fulfill the order within the committed time from the date the BUYER receives the order.
7.4. Unless otherwise specified, delivery costs (courier fee, service charges, shipping costs, etc.) are to be borne by the BUYER.
7.5. The BUYER accepts and acknowledges that they are responsible for the accuracy of all the information provided in the contract, including in cases where another person places the order on their behalf. If the BUYER is not present at the delivery address to receive the product, the SELLER will be deemed to have fulfilled the contract.
7.6. Unless specified otherwise, the BUYER must pay the full product price before delivery. In case of non-payment, the SELLER reserves the right to cancel the contract and not deliver the product.
7.7. If, for any reason, the bank/financial institution of the BUYER's credit card does not pay the product price to the SELLER, the product price must be refunded by the BUYER within 3 days.
7.8. If the product is delivered and the BUYER's credit card is used without authorization, the BUYER is required to return the product price within 3 days.
7.9. If the SELLER cannot deliver the product due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances (weather conditions, heavy traffic, earthquakes, floods, fire, pandemics, government actions, etc.), the SELLER will inform the BUYER. In such cases, the BUYER can cancel the order, choose another product, or wait until the extraordinary situation ends.
7.10. In case of order cancellations, if the product price has been paid, it will be refunded to the BUYER. If paid by credit card, the refund will be processed to the BUYER's credit card, and any delays in the bank's processing are beyond the SELLER’s responsibility.
7.11. If the product(s) cannot be sourced, the SELLER will not be held responsible. The SELLER will refund any payments made for the unavailable products.
7.12. The BUYER confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this contract, including the product details, price, payment method, and delivery terms.
7.13. If the product is paid via credit card or cash on delivery, the BUYER must provide identification matching the name on the credit card.
7.14. All processes from production to sale are traceable. In case of a complaint, the SELLER will provide traceability records related to the product's processes. If the BUYER accepts the proper records, they will withdraw their complaint.

ARTICLE 8 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In case of a dispute arising from this contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the place where the BUYER resides or where the product/service was purchased will be competent, in accordance with the provisions of the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.

ARTICLE 9 – DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCTS
After the BUYER makes the payment, the products will be delivered or shipped according to the delivery time specified on the order page. This delivery period may be extended by up to 30 days. If the product is unavailable, the SELLER will inform the BUYER and may not deliver the product, refunding the total amount paid.
Deliveries will only be made to the address specified by the BUYER.
The BUYER acknowledges that the delivery address must be a defined location (e.g., home, workplace) and not an ambiguous place like parking lots or street corners.

ARTICLE 10 – EFFECTIVENESS OF THE CONTRACT
This contract becomes effective once it is electronically signed by the BUYER and delivered to the SELLER. The BUYER agrees to all the terms of this contract when placing an order and affirms they have read the preliminary information as required by the applicable consumer laws.
